Armed Forces Personnel – Security Supervisor
- Minimum 20 years Army service
- Rank – JCO / NCO
- Character – Exemplary / Good.
- Age 40-55 years
- Retirement – Normal

Armed Forces Personnel – Security Guard
- Minimum 7 years Army service
- Rank – Sepoy
- Charactor – Exemplary / Good.
- Age 35-48 years

Guarding Training
SMS under Pathfinder Group operates 3 Security Training Schools. These Schools impart training according to the syllabus set by the Company for different categories of Guard Force and other employees. We have Training School at London under FSMS UK.
Levels of Training
- Basic / Induction Training for Security Supervisors / Guards as required by industry regulation
- On-site Training required to carry out the prescribed duties for a particular site
- On-Going Continuation Training and Development. Additional developmental training and education in order to broaden knowledge or prepare for promotion to various levels in the organisation
- Personal Career Development opportunities such as Management and Supervisory training, specialist skills training etc.
